I began designing my own website in Weebly this week. Hopefully, by the time it hits the primetime you will “ooh” and “ahh” but right now I think you would laugh because the only artistic input has been from me. In the words of Fabienne Frederickson, this is not my “unique brilliance” and as her husband Derek would say “I am in the trenches with you.” I am using my own website and as a guinea pig and figuring it out as we go along.

June 13, 2013 update – OK, I’ve done as much as I can do in terms of content, copy, structure and general navigation. Now, it’s time for the pros. Next steps are for a designer to make it pretty, more engaging and compelling and then for the developers to help install it properly onto the WordPress platform.
September 9, 2013 update – I basically put my website project on a back burner over the summer in order to work on a client’s new site – and enjoy some summertime. Hopefully, we will get it moved to WordPress this fall.
